Low cost Ayurvedic medicine on diabetes launched

A low-cost Ayurvedic medicine has been developed by the Council for Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR) along with two other organizations for diabetes patients.

The medicine named “BGR-34” has been developed jointly by CSIR-NBRI (National Botanical Research Institute) Lucknow and CSIR-CIMAP (Central Institute of Medicinal & Aromatic Plants (Lucknow).
