Now, an anti-glare filter to avert night accidents

CHANDIGARH: The eye strain and the frown that sets in due to high glare from flashing beams of the approaching vehicles while driving at night may soon become history. The Central Scientific Instruments Organisation (CSIO) lab in Chandigarh has developed a first-of-its-kind night driving filter that reduces high beam to 30% and low beam to 40% of its original intensity.
